Dimensions - All finished product dimensions are rounded up to the nearest inch.

Lead Time - We are a made-to-order manufacturer. We do not keep inventory. Because we are a made-to-order, production time is approximately 4-6 weeks from the date a deposit is received. Lead time may vary on certain products. For questions regarding the status of an order or product availability, call 706.965.9966 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday or email baldwin@catt.com

Terms - All orders require a 50% deposit. The remainder is due before delivery. Accepted forms of payment include check, money order, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted - a 3% charge will apply).

Product Specifications - Moulding, mats/surrounds. and art are subject to change. Hand painted surrounds and certain customizations are based on availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make substitutes when necessary and without notice.

Shipments are sent by common carrier via Freight Collect, FOB Ringgold, GA, USA. Residential delivery and other charges for special carrier services may be additional. In the absence of routing instructions, we will use our best judgment deciding which carrier to use. We do not ship UPS or RPS. Cost for freight usually averages 7% to 10% of the order (please note: a minimum freight charge applies to all orders).

Carrier Responsibilities - Our responsibility is to provide a quality product well packaged for transit to the freight carrier. That carrier has the responsibility to deliver the product to you in good condition. Please inspect all shipments and note any damage on the freight bill. Please contact both the freight carrier and our Claims Department regarding any problems.

Return/Replacement Policy - You have seven (7) business days to notify us if an item is damaged in shipping or defective. We will make arrangements for replacement, repair or credit your account (credit is not given for freight. nor do we issue cash refunds). Oversized items will not be replaced. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Baldwin Art Group. Save all damaged cartons until any claim is settled.
